FAQ: What about breads & grains?

Often times we get questions about how many servings and when to eat the breads and grains listed on the menu. Admittedly, previous versions of the menu were incomplete here. Newer menus now show the portion as follows.

Starting on Day 11 of your Challenge, you may add one serving from the list to Lunch and Dinner.

Work with your coach if you have questions or want to make adjustments for any reason.
