This recipe can be used at anytime during your 90-Day Challenge.
Ingredients:
2 half chicken breasts
1/2 head of cabbage
1 stalk celery, diced
1 small onion, sliced in rings
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Cover with water to 1" above the chicken & veggies.
Cook 4-5 hours on low.
The easiest meal ever and sooooo yummy!
Feel free to add carrots once you are in "maintenance".
