Baked Apple




Ingredients:




1 apple diced


1 tsp cinnamon


½ tsp stevia (optional)


Butter flavored spray pam





Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray pan & apple with
pam. Mix apple with cinnamon & stevia. Bake for 30 minutes.





***Enjoy this beginning day 1. Eat ½ of the baked apple
(that is 1 serving) mixed with ½ cup of low fat cottage cheese or 1 cup of low
fat yogurt
