Thermic Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:



1 package of Slaw Mixture (can be found in the produce

department of the grocery store)

1 yellow squash

1 zucchini squash

1/2 cucumber

1/2 bell pepper

1 stalk celery

radishes to taste

few pieces of broccoli

few pieces of cauliflower



Instructions:



Chop the above ingredients so it isn't too finely chopped.
Use any type food processor, or chopper you prefer. Mix
all of the ingredients above together and keep it in the
refrigerator. Eat it with every meal except breakfast. Add
lemon juice, salsa or a minimal amount of your favorite
low carb dressing (4 carbs or less).
