Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

Frozen fruit (Use only fruits allowed on the 10-day Program.)
8 oz. cold water
2 scoops Tropical Creme Body FX

Instructions:

Blend 1 cup of frozen fruit to 8 oz. water, add 2 scoops of
Body FX, ice and blend until smooth.

Note:  if you find you do not feel full after having this shake, do not continue to put your fruit into your shake, but have it whole instead.
